HUAWEI are gearing up for a moment they've been working towards for the past two years - the release of its new Android rival HarmonyOS. However, as the P30 and P40 Pro makers prepare for the big OS launch, another Chinese smartphone giant - Xiaomi - has seen all restrictions the US previously placed on it lifted.
